Hi, I'm Jack — a Software Engineer based in California, focused on designing reliable enterprise data systems and full-stack applications. I bridge business operations and technical infrastructure through robust backend architectures and scalable data pipelines.

This site is my public workspace: engineering notes, integration patterns, and tools I build along the way. It runs on Next.js + Payload CMS with a Supabase PostgreSQL backend.

Outside of work I'm probably debugging a flow, reading systems-design docs, or figuring out why the ETL ran 3 seconds slower than yesterday.

    Software Engineer (Backend & Data) @ Value Windows & Doors

    • Helped design and partly built a cloud data platform on Databricks + dbt with a medallion (Bronze→Silver→Gold→Mart) architecture, turning raw ERP data into analytics-ready models for manufacturing, inventory, sales, and workforce reporting.
    • Engineered C# and Python data-migration and integration pipelines that improved ERP reliability and processed tens of thousands of records daily across departments.
